The review of SE-0046 "Establish consistent label behavior across all parameters including first labels" ran from Mar 11…15, 2016. The proposal has been *accepted*:
There was uniformly strongly positive reception to this proposal from both the community and core team. This increases the predictability and consistency of the language, and removes a common source of confusion.
