A small peer-testing workflow for iOS developers

I’m building Co-op, a small GitHub-based workflow for iOS developers to test each other’s released apps.

The idea is simple: a developer provides a public App Store link, another developer follows a short task for 10–30 minutes, and leaves concrete feedback about expectations, hesitation, bugs, and possible improvements.

The first phase uses GitHub Issues for matching and feedback. There is no source-code upload, no private-file sharing, no rating or review exchange, and no separate Co-op account or backend.

The pilot will include up to ten developers, joining in small waves. If you build iOS apps, I’d like to hear whether this workflow feels useful or too restrictive.
