Xcode previews missing something

I'm using Xcode 13.1 as the latest stable non beta version.
iOS 15 Xcode SwiftUI previews work fine, but when trying to preview iOS 14 Xcode shows me this error:

PlatformDoesNotHaveAgentsError: Missing required components for iOS

Xcode is missing components needed to preview on iOS
| HumanReadableSwiftError
| LocationError: noBundle

What do I do to fix it?
