I get a nice answer from stack overflow: [version control - Getting Git to work with a proxy server - fails with "Request timed out" - Stack Overflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/783811/getting-git-to-work-with-a-proxy-server-fails-with-request-timed-out)

It's works fine.
