Also, we would like to collect data on unexpected failures for the next two weeks to understand the reliability of the Windows platform. @swift-ci Please test Windows platform

in a pull request should kick off the required Windows testing? I've tried doing so in a pull request I have open, but it doesn't look (to my untrained eye) like anything got kicked off.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Could you please point me in the right direction?
