Why is my view not showing what I created in my swift file when it runs?

I think I need to move the scope for my class to contain all of the code but when I do it has a zillion errors so I don't think I know where to correctly move the last bracket of my class to contain it all.. where should it go? And should this make it where my view within my storyboard scene will show what I have made when I run the app? It only shows white at the moment when I run it.
