I know there are numerous "awesome swift" lists as well as the Swift Package Index, but neither of these sources seem well suited to seeing what new/interesting packages open source developers are working on. So I'm just curious where people go to find new packages? And conversely, as an author, where do you go to share your packages and get feedback on them?

Check out https://www.reddit.com/r/swift
It is mostly for iOS but you will see Mac and Linux packages at times too.

cool, thanks!
I also like the explore tab on GitHub. You can check out Swift as a topic, and filter trending projects by programming language.
