Hey everyone. I currently use mailing list mode, and don't mute many categories. Because of this I get an email for every new thread, and responses to threads. Then if I'm not interested in the topic, I unsubscribe from the thread.
It seems like unsubscribing from topics doesn't always work. Once I follow the unsubscribe links, and confirm, I often still get emails from the same thread. It's hard to tell if the emails I get after unsubscribing were queued somewhere, or if the unsubscribe didn't go through. I often end up unsubscribing a second time, at which point I stop receiving them (again could be coincidence).
I google generally about this and discourse and didn't find anything, so I was wondering if anyone else here has noticed similar behavior.
