Hello!
I’ve found that this <swift-evolution/0019-package-manager-testing.md at master · apple/swift-evolution · GitHub; proposal says about test-only dependencies and what this mechanism already available in SwiftPM.
But Target.Dependency allows only other target as a dependency.
Does anyone know something about this feature?
