Swift Development Toolchain supports installing in ~/Library

Hi,

Swift OS X toolchain now supports user to install in ~/Library, this is only supported with swift-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2016-01-25-a-ox or newer toolchains.

How to change install location?

In the destination select section chose “Install for me only” (screenshot-1). However, if installer skips the destination select section, chose “Change Install Location…” in installation type section (screenshot-2).

Thanks,
Mishal Shah
