When attempting to install snapshots downloaded from swift.org I'm currently seeing an alert as on the screenshot below, I'm on macOS 10.15.5 (19F101).

Does anyone know if this is an intended behavior, did it start happening just recently and if it's going to be fixed?

FWIW, it's reproducible with 5.3 snapshots too:

Swift 5.3 Development snapshot toolchain will be available soon with the fix.
