Doug, did you win back all the regressions yet? If not, we should probably bump up the Linux timeout for now. It's waffling back and forth between success and failure so 40 minutes ought to be enough for testing.
(Yes, we want the incremental bot to be fast.)

Hmmm… I won back the regressions for building the standard library, but I did still slow down the test cycle a bit. I’ll be working more on performance, but for the near term… yeah, maybe we should bump it up.
