[Swift CI] Build Failure: 0. OSS - LLDB Incremental - OS X (master) #2425

This is the new packet logging assertion firing on CI. We want to move the
CI over to release so it won't hit issues like this.

I will talk to the CI maintainers to see if I can get us switched over to
LLDB release builds quickly. If not, I'll disable this assert for now.

I'm testing this builder:
https://ci.swift.org/job/oss-lldb-incremental-osx/

with a release LLDB build. I wiped the workspace. I won't change the
other LLDB-related builders until I get positive verification that this is
working properly.

This build notes itself as having failed, but the build is fine. It was
the configuration of looking for the xUnit results which is no longer
properly configured for doing a release build. I just changed that and
will kick off another build. Aside from that, it worked fine. I will
start switching over the other builders as well.

The ci.swift.org Linux bots are failing on REPL tests in release
configuration. I suspect we have something in our test suite that may be
pathing to where it thinks it can find swift/lldb but actually fails, which
may be causing these.

In any event, I'm going to back off switching the Ubuntu LLDB builders from
using release builds until I can investigate. For now it'll just be the OS
X ones until I resolve the Ubuntu release build test issue.
