Great news!

One minor nit with the announcement post, though:

Increased flexibility for initializing and accessing an array before its storage is allocated

I don’t think this is correct; it doesn’t make sense to initialise or access an Array without any storage! I think it should just be “Increased flexibility for initializing an array“
