Specialization/Performance `chunked(by:)`

Hey,
I have just tried the package and it looks like chunked(by:) does not get specialized. (build in release mode and the callee gets specialized)

The reason is probably that the method is not marked with @inlinable.
The goal of this package is that some or all methods get eventually into the standard library but currently it's just a package where ABI stability is not a concern.
Is there any reason why it is not marked with @inlinable?

No, it looks like the inlinability audit just didn't get done before publication. I'll work on adding those attributes where appropriate. Thanks!
