The [test/Sema/inlinearray.swift](https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/blob/f8ab3917374581d90ba7a970a69a2a976648bfb1/test/Sema/inlinearray.swift#L9-L10) file contains examples of type-checking.

There was a recent [discussion](https://forums.swift.org/t/compile-time-values-and-integer-generics/79342) about non-literal integer generics.

[LLVM arrays](https://llvm.org/docs/LangRef.html#array-type) use a similar syntax.
