The first review of SE-0346 is now over. The Core Team went over the feedback we received, and we have decided to accept most of the proposal as written. The community did point out a few things that the Core Team agrees ought to be changed in the proposal, and the authors have accordingly revised it. Therefore, SE-0346 has been put back into review.
