Seems like a good idea: I'd also like to point out that the Windows toolchain CI runs the compiler validation suite for each of the four Android arches and several tests fail there that pass on linux. I assume that is because of these platform-specific shell incompatibilities or similar problems with switching platforms, which this lit move would likely help with.
