Updating the listing is easy. Just fire off a PR against the redis.io code, which you can find over on... oh, would you look at that?

in my experience GitHub is more popular among the programmers and GitLab is more popular among the business-oriented people in an organization. so programmers tend to overestimate the ubiquity of GitHub. a lot more code gets checked into GitLab (and BitBucket) than we realize.
