I have been trying to trigger pull request testing for a little bit and nothing seems to be happening. Is anyone else running into this? This is the PR:
Looks like GitHub is down due to that DDOS on the Dyn DNS servers that is in the news at the moment.

I am not having that issue. But maybe it is b/c I have github in my dns cache and the bots do not (even though I find that to be unlikely). Also when I look online, I see that the news reports are saying that the issue has been resolved.

I imagine it is dns caching. (Went to their status page and they specifically mention that issue).
