Possible Swift Charts bug related to RuleMark

I'm trying to determine if I have hit a bug in Swift Charts. See my description at GitHub - mvolkmann/ChartJump. The only important file is ContentView.swift at ChartJump/ContentView.swift at main · mvolkmann/ChartJump · GitHub. It's fairly short.
