To provide my perspective on logging, basing them off of the discussion on [log levels](https://forums.swift.org/t/logging-levels-for-swifts-server-side-logging-apis-and-new-os-log-apis/20365/) between os\_log and the logging framework:

The driver should only log to _debug_, or _critical_ and higher.
