Thanks for the examples! The ~Sendable currently relies on the infrastructure built for ~BitwiseCopyable, so there might be a few cases that we missed. I will update the text to mention actor declarations and through protocols. The last case looks like a bug to me and we should reject it, just like the non-MainActor case.
