Are there existing examples of developers writing tools that interact with comments in source-code? It seems to me that anything one can do with a non-functional custom attribute, one can also do with a custom comment. If this use-case is important and powerful, then I’d like to see what people are already doing with it, since there’s nothing stopping them today.
