No 5.3.2 tag/release in the repository

I notice that Xcode 12.3 includes Swift 5.3.2. But there doesn't seem to be 5.3.2 tag/release in the apple/swift repository.

I am guessing that is an oversight, but am curious if there is some other reason or some other place where release versions are recorded.

Swift 5.3.2 toolchains are now available on swift.org, and the tag is available on Github.
