Are others finding that the necessary developer-installation signature is absent?

I’m virtually certain that https://swift.org/builds/development/xcode/swift-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2016-08-25-a/swift-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2016-08-25-a-osx.pkg is legitimate, but I don’t feel “virtually” is enough for this sort of installation.
