New release: GRDB 5.3.0

Hello Swift Community,

Version 5.3.0 of GRDB, the toolkit for SQLite databases, is out!

In this release:

• The query builder learned about Common Table Expressions.
• You can provide an SQLCipher passphrase as a Data value (see SQLCipher security considerations).
• Bug fixes in customized full-text tokenizers, associations based on compound foreign keys, as well as other improvements.
