When you visit this URL: Swift.org - Swift Mentorship Program you should be able to find the link under the heading: Mentee Interest Survey

Click on that link. You'll be redirected to swift forums i.e. this website. (Create an account here if you don't have any). Once you're logged in, you should be able to compose a new message (the link we had clicked already has a predefined template to help us). Update the message and then send it.
Let us know if it doesn't work.
