Could you file an issue for this at GitHub - swiftlang/sourcekit-lsp: Language Server Protocol implementation for Swift and C-based languages and include the output of sourcekit-lsp diagnose, ideally after enabling extended logging. With the diagnose bundle we should be able to investigate what’s going on.
