Is it possible to build an iOS app on Windows 10 using Swift?

I would like to ask you if it's possible to build an iOS app about eye tracking on Windows 10 (with visual studio 2019 and Swift), or I have to buy a Mac or Mac mini to achieve my work.

Developing iOS applications requires Xcode and the iOS SDK, which is only available on macOS.
