IMHO the downloads section of the swift.org website could be improved.
Attached is a current screenshot.
While it has a pragmatic structure, I think the sheer length of the page is testament to something being wrong. I didn't even realize there was a "Docker" section until I made this screenshot 
. It's hard to get an overview of what really is on the page. If I am looking for a snapshot, I never seem to find the correct block/table right away.
A lot of space is wasted by putting information like 'Swift 5.0`, 'Date…', and 'Tag' in separate lines for example. I am not a designer but I am sure there are lots of talented people here in the community who could improve on that (if people agree this is an issue).
