I looked on the Jira site (where I have a login) and cannot really see any means to enter a bug against the Swift 5.1 documentation. Suggestions most welcome.

For standard library docs, you can use the Documentation label in a new bug on bugs.swift.org. For most other Swift-related docs, file bugs/feedback using Feedback Assistant.

If in doubt, just file a general bug with a descriptive title, and let someone else figure out how to tag it. We'd rather have a bug report in the wrong place than no bug report at all.
