How to participate in Gsoc 2022

I'm Dhruv and I am an IOS developer and have been developing on swift since 2018 I am currently in my last year of college and would i like to contribute to swift data structure implementation(tree,queue,priority queue and other useful data structure) and i was hoping you can guide me in achieving this.Thanks in advance!

Swift has not announced to be participating in GSoC 2022 yet -- please wait until that happens. When confirmed, we'll post about it on the forums.

The organizations are announced in March:
