How can I tell, just from looking at a framework's contents, if it's built with module stability?

I want to use a pre-built framework, but I'd like to make sure it at least has module stability. I can infer certain things, like the Swift compiler it was built with, from the contents of .swiftdoc files etc. But what's a telltale sign that it's been built with module stability?

Best sign you can get is the presence of a .swiftinterface file inside the .swiftmodule folder.
