Holiday Schedule 2022

Every year we lock down the merge access during the US holidays for everyone to enjoy time off and avoid returning to broken builds.

This year, we are going to do the same by disabling the merge access during the following times:

First round:

Nov 18th, 2022 - 10 AM PST merge access disabled
Nov 27th, 2022 - 9 PM PST merge access enabled

Second round:

Dec 22nd, 2022 - 10 AM PST merge access disabled
Jan 2nd, 2023 - 9 PM PST merge access enabled

Repositories and branches:

main and release/5.7 branches will be locked for:

Hi Mishal,

I was trying to test a swift-syntax/swift-format PR today ([DO NOT MERGE] allevato's dummy PR for swift-format CI by allevato · Pull Request #1086 · apple/swift-syntax · GitHub), but the CI job never started. Is this expected?

That was a temporary issue and, to my knowledge, CI jobs can be requested as usual now.
