Hey everyone!
I wanted to pick this up again to improve C++ bridging.
My proposal is an explicit `SWIFT_THROWS` annotation, or a opt-in compiler flag to import everything (except for `noexcept`) as `throws` - I've been working on some draft PRs in the meantime.
Feel free to post your thoughts here: [Handling C++ exceptions in Swift: `SWIFT_THROWS` and `throws!`](https://forums.swift.org/t/handling-c-exceptions-in-swift-swift-throws-and-throws/89732)
