Hello @steveC

My name is Emmanuel, and I am currently studying Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the University of West Attica.

I find this project to be interesting because I have a passion for number theory and encoding types. I am familiar with IEEE 754, and I have a solid understanding of C.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some information about the project, and about the level that I should have in the required skills.

Aside from the aforementioned reasons, I am also applying on this project in order to have a solid understanding as to how it is to work for a company, and studying for that work as well, compared with studying for the University.
