Sorry for a slight off topic: how do I reset godbolt tabs? I managed to screw the UI and can't figure out how to return it back to what it used to be.

Most likely you are talking about https://godbolt.org . As with any web service, there may be two kinds of problems:

  • Server-side problems. There's not much you can do. Try to contact website maintainer/owner.
  • Client-side problems. The client software is your browser. Try to clear browser cache and cookies.

Did you try clearing cookies and other local data? Your browser should be able to clear everything for just that one site.

You can reset the UI layout which hopefully helps.

Otherwise clearing all browser data should work as well as Karl suggested.
