Follow-Up Email Requesting Further Discussion and Feedback on GSoC Proposal

Dear Mentors,

I am writing to follow up on my recent proposal submission for Google Summer of Code (GSoC) program. I wanted to express my sincere interest in working with your organization on this project and reiterate my commitment to the proposal.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss the proposal further with your team, as well as to receive any feedback or suggestions for improvement. If there are any alterations needed or if I have misinterpreted the project requirements, I am eager to work with your team to make the necessary changes.

I am confident that with your guidance and support, I can make a valuable contribution to the project while also gaining valuable skills and experience. I am willing to learn and conduct further research on the project to ensure that I have a comprehensive understanding of the project's objectives and requirements.

Thank you for considering my proposal and for the opportunity to be a part of GSoC with your esteemed organization. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,
Sufeen Shaikh

Hi @sufeen,
I see your submitted proposal in the app so that’s all good. But process wise I wanted to clarify that there is no ā€œmodificationā€ to the proposals allowed anymore after the submission deadline. Projects will be selected based on the proposals and prior discussions with applicants etc.

Please wait while we rank all the projects and come to a conclusion which we’ll try running. The number of slots we’ll receive is also dependent on google, so there’s a number of factors in play here
