I'm afraid I don't know an exact timeline currently but with the relevant personnel (including myself) back now after the recent holiday, we're actively working on it.

Please let me know if you need any participation from this community (me included). Testability is a major concern for me as I am moving my department to become more “test first”. Probably I’m not alone there

Just want to say I could use this feature in Swift Testing. I need to run tests on functions that contain precondition and preconditionFailure. It looks like the proposed "death tests" feature in this topic would allow me to test these conditions.
