There was some discussion back in January about the possibility of having an “ABI-unstable” subset of the standard library, for things we haven’t yet ossified.
The idea came up in the 100% bikeshed topic: DictionaryLiteral topic, and continued in Incremental ABI stability. There may have been a third thread as well, I can’t recall.
