Where are the different files in the pipeline?

This talk from a few months ago includes a very high-level overview of the pipeline, though certainly not to the file level: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntj8ab-5cvE&gt;

Other than that, this kind of basic documentation seems to mainly exist in the heads of the Apple folks on the swift-dev list. Unfortunately, most of them are on Christmas break right now.
