Joe Groff, two questions:
1. What to do with mixins pull request? Pull and defer? Close and reopen
later?
2. I'm prepairing a new proposal for changing
#setline 10 "main.swift"
to
#setline(10, file: "main.swift")
Can it be implemented in time for Swift 2.2, including review?

I think it's worth investigating whether mixins have a place under the "completing generics" banner. I know John McCall is particularly interested in mixins; cc'ing him in case he has any thoughts on things we could pursue in the 3.0 timeframe.

Don't think so, sorry.

This should still be on the table for swift 3 though.

big/little endian, 32/64 bit, and (maybe?) signed/unsigned char would be really nice too :)

Wow, I've never had *any* suite named after me, much less a canonical one.
