Could not use or auto link swift dynamic framework

Created a Swift Dynamic framework.
Linked Swift Dynamic framework to a Objective C static library. Able to use Swift functions in static library.

Linked static library .a lib( which has Swift dynamic function) to a Swift project.

While building Swift project getting warning "Could not use or auto link swift dynamic framework".
And error:
Undefined symbol: OBJC CLASS $

Link the Swift project to the Swift dynamic framework? The Objective-C static library needs that dynamic framework to work.
