Xcode 10.2 (beta) & Command Line Tools

Has anyone figured out how to build and run Swift command line tools in the Xcode 10.2 (beta)? Even with the simplest application, I receive the following error when I run the application: dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCore.dylib

Command line applications crashes with Xcode 10.2

After updating to Xcode 10.2, command line apps will build but crash runtime, both from within Xcode and using swiftc: $ swiftc --version Apple Swift version 5.0 (swiftlang-1001.0.69.5 clang-1001.0.46.3) Target: x86_64-apple-darwin18.2.0 $ cat > test.swift print("Helloworld") $ swiftc test.swift $ ./test dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCore.dylib Referenced from: /Users/jens/./test Reason: image not found Abort trap: 6 Why is this?
