Hi all,

I created [a gist](https://gist.github.com/stuartcarnie/b0ff219c712a25ca46d154f5d0dbc3f3) which includes a complete definition of the schema for .apinotes files.

Some IDEs will validate on the fly and also provide auto-completion.
