This is great, thank you! Can we also update the PR template so it no longer requires us to provide a full link? Currently, the template includes:

Resolves [SR-NNNN](https://bugs.swift.org/browse/SR-NNNN).

which I believe we can now change to:

Resolves SR-NNNN
