Hello,
Swift - Apple Developer has a link in the header to a blog but it's one which last posted in 2016 and mentions Swift 3.

I know that it's bad form to break URLs, but perhaps it would be better if that linked to the more relevant Swift.org - Blog ? Or is this a weird internal Apple compartmentalisation thing?

Swift - Resources - Apple Developer also talks about Xcode 10 - so my guess is that it's a part of the developer-site that isn't updated frequently.
