Announcing WebURL - a new URL type for Swift

I've been looking forward to this since this thread last year. (I actually started using version 0.0.2 a few days before 0.1.0 was announced here.) My main use case is for working with partially percent-encoded URLs, and WebURL works flawlessly.

Why not name the type URI?

What do you think of URI ?

As it happens, one of the goals of the spec is actually to standardise on the term “URL”. So it’s probably worth keeping that name somewhere, but I don’t have a strong opinion on it.
