+1 to the above. While a redesign could be a healthy step, a re-content is perhaps much more practical. An experienced Swift dev might know where to look, but the majority of the knowledge is still pretty obscured.

What you describe is the purpose of the Swift Information Architecture Project, which was also announced today and is running in parallel with the redesign project.
